This Privacy Policy explains how VisionWing (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you use JudyVA™ (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. This page is a general template and not legal advice—please review and adjust for your business.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name and email you submit in the Lead form.
• Website or intake info: a URL you provide or Quick Intake fields (name, industry, location, goals, services).
• Analyzer snapshot: a summary JudyVA generates from a public website (name/description/hours/services) to attach context to your inquiry.
• Scheduling metadata: when you request a link, we may record that a link was generated/opened (via Calendly).
• Marketing parameters: UTM tags in the page URL (e.g., utm_source, utm_campaign).
• Technical logs: server logs for security and reliability (IP, user agent, timestamps, function status).

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, provide a scheduling link, and follow up.
• To save a lead in our CRM/database and optionally email us a notification.
• To analyze aggregated usage (e.g., campaign performance via UTMs) and improve JudyVA.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

• Consent — when you submit the form or opt into updates.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including follow-ups related to your request.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share only with service providers that help us run the Service:

• Hosting: Vercel (website and serverless functions).
• Database: Google Firebase/Firestore (lead storage).
• Email delivery (optional): Resend or SMTP/Nodemailer (lead alerts).
• Scheduling: Calendly (booking pages you open).

Providers are bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.

Retention

We keep lead records and related analyzer snapshots for as long as needed to serve you and operate the Service, then delete or anonymize them. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your choices”).

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please submit only information you’re comfortable sharing.

Your choices & rights

• Access/Deletion: contact us to access, update, or delete your data.
• Marketing: unsubscribe from any update emails at any time.
• Do Not Sell or Share (CA): we do not sell personal information.

Cookies

JudyVA itself doesn’t set analytics/advertising cookies by default. UTMs are stored server-side with the lead for attribution. If you add third-party scripts later, update this policy accordingly.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this Policy. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, when material, provide additional notice.
